Post Activation Potentiation (PAP)

Post Activation Potentiation, otherwise known as PAP for short; is a training method that helps increase Force and Power output in athletes.

At the end of the day, we want our athletes (and ourselves) to be stronger & faster. Thats what levels or even tips the playing field into our advantage. By using PAP, we can effectively increase the basic qualities of athleticism and reduce injury risk at the same time.

This is also underpins the importance of training at heavier loads for peak athletic performance. If we don’t elicit enough of a training response, we simply won’t get the desired increases in Force & Power.
